Step 1: Log In and Upgrade
- Access Your Dashboard: Sign into your Zendrop account and navigate to your dashboard.
- Upgrade to Plus: Not a Plus member yet? Click here to start your free 7-day trial of Zendrop Plus. If you find it valuable, you can continue with a 50% discount on your first month and receive an additional $200 in order credits.
Step 2: Product Sourcing Request
- Initiate Request: Locate and click the ‘Request a Product’ button on your left navigation bar.
- Troubleshooting: If you do not see the expected pop-up, it may be due to a browser extension conflict. Try accessing Zendrop via a different browser to resolve this issue.
Step 3: Activate Sourcing with AI Chatbot
- Start Sourcing: Click on ‘Start Sourcing’. This will activate the Zendrop AI chatbot, which appears in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Submit Product Link: Copy the URL of the product page and paste it into the chat with the chatbot.
Step 4: Enter Your Contact Information
- Provide Contact Details: The chatbot will request your contact information to update you about the sourcing progress and quote availability.
- Complete the Form: Enter your phone number in the provided field. This allows our sourcing agent in China to negotiate the best terms for high-quality products at competitive prices.
Step 5: Await Your Quote
- Processing Time: Allow a few days for our sourcing agent to contact you with a comprehensive quote.
- Access Exclusive Resources: As a Plus member, gain access to trending products and Zendrop Academy, where you can partake in courses and coaching sessions designed to enhance your sales strategies and business operations.
Now you can sell all your favorite products - even if they're not on Zendrop. Happy selling!
